A stress free experience
The whole experience of buying our home from David Wilson Homes has been very easy and a stress free experience .Our sales adviser's Becca and then Cate have been extremely helpful and informative. The site manager Ryan and Joe and the rest of his team have been very helpful as well.Nothing has been to much trouble.
We would recommend David Wilson Homes to anyone looking to buy a new home.

Excellent Service from Cate & Ryan at Porter's Way. Driffield
In my search for a new home I'd initially looked at New Build Properties and been totally put off by the Sales People and how the Properties are marketed. Having looked at the Resale Market I was struggling to find what I needed in a property. I decided to look at DWH and was fortunate to find Cate in Sales at Driffield who is excellent in her professionalism and her personal guidance. I've now committed to buying from Cate and I'm really happy with what DWH have included in the deal, the quality of the build which all adds up to a good value for money and pleasant purchase experience. It's great to know that I'm not getting everything brand new and not 2nd Hand and have the fall back of a quality builder behind it all. I've now been introduced to the sales process to Site Manager Ryan who is a diamond when it comes to reassuring that they're on the ball with personal requirements

We are both thrilled that we chose…
We are both thrilled that we chose Driffield but more importantly that we chose a David Wilson home. The team including Jo, Cate and Joe Walsh have made our move so easy and enjoyable.
Our new home is warm, comfortable and designed so well that it feels like we have been here for years ( I am writing this on our 4 th day).
The fittings are to a very high standard.

New home move
When we first started to look around the site was made to feel welcomed by the site team to look around the show homes with no hassle. We have a home up for sale and was asked if we had considered part exchange was shown the option and decided to try it .we were given an offer straight away for our property which was very reasonable as we would move out of our house and straight in to our new property when ready with David Wilson homes as our guaranteed buyer pand had help from the site team guiding us with financial advice from gledhills and are now just waiting to move in very smooth so far thanks to Beth and cate and the team would recommend part exchange
