DX Sabers Reviews 

Met these folks at the Indiana Comic Con. There were a multitude of saber companies, but DX was the only one with a mystery box. I asked the fellow if he had plenty, which he said he did. I him hawed around thinking that I shouldn't buy one, then I should, then I shouldn't, but my wife encouraged me to buy myself the saber because it would be a nice birthday present to myself. When I finally decided to buy one at the end of the day....they were all sold out, sad face. The gentleman assured me that he would still be able to get me one delivered directly to my house since he said that they would for sure have some left.

About two weeks later came my sabers. Let me tell you, on a scale from 1 - Mother F'n Awesome, these are Mother F'n AWESOME!!!! I can't tell you how much fun they are, how cool they are, amazing sound, amazing brightness of the blades, the responsiveness, the ability to customize sight and sound is SO COOOOOL!!!!!!

So, the sabers are awesome, I've established that. The customer service, on the other hand, is beyond stellar!!! Let me repeat, beyond stellar. The sweet lady who responded to my email to the company couldn't have been nicer! She assured me that the gentleman did submit the order and my sabers were indeed coming. Not only did she put my mind at ease, but SHE FOLLOWED UP 2 MONTHS LATER to see how much I liked them and how it was going!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!?! THAT IS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Sorry for the all caps, but I'm happy!

Overall, my experience has been great! I know others have had a hard time, but I just didn't experience that. Nothing but awesome!!!!! Most likely will be getting another set next year!!!

Absolutely incredible! There were delays in shipment to me, but the team at DX Sabers sent (very appropriately themed) emails every step of the way to ensure me I would receive my package. I believe it was delivered about a month late but the quality of my saber for the price was WORTH IT. I’m planning on ordering more this summer. Also, if you have a chance to go to Steel City Comic Con, the booth there is always super fun to stop by and say hi to the company. I recommend DX Sabers to all my friends and anyone looking for a great Neopixel lightsaber!

One of the BEST EVER!! Hands down no one can beat their quality!!!

Placed an order November 2021. No shipping updates until October 2022 simply showing a label was created. Sent emails in 2023 requesting an update. Was strung along with emails stating the items will be shipped tomorrow or next month etc. This type of correspondence continued through 2024 with no changes in shipping status and no products received. Sent an email in January 2025 requesting a refund. Received an email in February saying they will not refund my purchase as it has been over a year. I have received no further responses from the company. I just want my money back at this point. Beyond disappointed with this company.

These guys were so nice and helpful. Helped me put together my saber and made sure I knew how to use it and I'm loving it. Absolutely recommend. Plus they have such a great selection and they do such cool crossovers. I'll be purchasing from them again for sure.

The lightsaber was never sent and when you send messages they say that the messages were in spam. Forced to open a PayPal complaint to get an answer where they continue to make fun of you. I'm waiting for a refund.

They have excellent customer service. When me and a friend ordered a lightsaber were pleasantly surprised to see how well it has lasted. Their lightsabers are durable and easy to use. I also loved getting to see them at comic con and seeing their lightsabers in person!

Don’t put your faith in these people, if you send your sabers in, you’ll stop receiving support messages and now you’ve just lost your sabers. Terrible and greedy business practice and extreme lack of customer care, these people only care about money not the community.

Met Paul at an expo. Was a great guy, great customer service. Walked away with a couple sabers and really enjoying them. Definitely planning on getting more

Would give zero or negative if i could. I order a 300 saber from them, saber look amazing, but upon arrival and trying it iut found it was was not completely tighten. During checking i felt the handle twist and a felt like some inside pop. Took the section off and found the battery connector got damage due to it not being tight. Contacted after several emails got a return label and was told it be exchanged quickly. Time table, bought i. Sept, did not receive till Late Oct, returned in Nov, and yet to get a refund or a replacement and now we are in 2025. Customer service just keeps saying we have it out by the end of the week, think i am up to ten messge like that so far.

I want to take the time to clear the air for everyone that’s on the fence with this company. I purchased my saber back at con back in April of 2024 and finally received it today January 15 2025. There has been lots of back and forth between the owner and myself and he has told me of set backs that they had this year that has put them in a hard spot. I was made and furious and didn’t want to take no for an answer but then I lost my uncle and two weeks later I lost my father and 2 days later I got divorced. So what I’m trying to say is that I understand the hardship that this company has gone through but Paul did make things right for me it took a while but you have to be persistent and patient. The saber that came in was bad ass and looking to see them at SC comic con again.

Great lightsaber with all the features! It's super durable, which is great because my young kids like to wield it too. Friendly sales and service! Purchased at ikkicon.

Purchased saber only received the blade and no hilt, complete scam and they never sent another hilt and didn’t refund my money £220 down the drain

Amazing people, so friendly and more affordable than most other places with the same quality. Met them at Steel City Con and they're all so helpful and answered all my questions and even helped me assemble my saber and gave me a very helpful tutorial on everything. Love these people.
