Excellent service. Very helpful. I had an issue with my order and Dyefor sorted it first time no complications. I love the end result of my order. I will be ordered my banners & wrapping paper from Dyefor from now on.
Absolute rubbish. Avoid if you want a quick delivery. When ordered it said 3 to 4 days delivery, and said they’d notify us when dispatched. 9 days later nothing , still waiting, and it’s a present for our granddaughter. Obviously coming fro China

Fantastic range of good quality products and 5 star customer services. I had to contact the company as one of my item was missing. I sent a message and within no time at all I received a reply apologising for the error and by the following day my item had arrived!
I ordered the personalised wrapping paper and I am extremely happy with the quality and the care taken to post the items ensuring the delivery was fast and arrived in tip top condition. I highly recommend this family run business.

Really good! My order was sent out late and no longer needed as it was due to come after the birthday but I immediately got onto them and got a full refund. A great company and will definitely order again (a little earlier this time😅). Henry was also really helpful on the online chat form and he got it all sorted for me within minutes.

I was actually scared after waiting three weeks for my order ( thank goddess I am very organised) and then reading these reviews. However I messaged through their website got a nearly immediate response they explained why my order was delayed and fixed the problem then sent out to within the next few days. So in the end I have been quite happy wrapping paper and banner is very good quality. Will use again!
Do not buy. This is a scam. Ordered a phone case for my daughters birthday. They took the money straight away and sent nothing. I have emailed and they do not reply. This is disgusting and it upset my daughter on her birthday!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered personalised wrapping paper and a banner with the understanding that they had a 1-2 day turn around as per their website. Order sat pending for 5 days and I got no response to any emails or webchat. Cancelled the order prior to production and deferred the payment via Klarna. That was the only time they got in touch to say the order was out for delivery on the day of the birthday so no use to anyone. Now I’ve to pay to return the goods despite cancelling in plenty time. No phone number listed and don’t reply to messages. Website only shows favourable reviews. Without doubt the worst online company I’ve ever ordered from. Think seriously before using this company. I’m still in dispute with them almost a month later.
I placed an order with these people and after receiving a confirmation email the company have failed to deliver the goods, are not responding to emails or chat conversations and they cannot be contacted on the telephone.
I will try to get my money back.

Ordered a personalised phone case on 10/09/24 for a birthday present at the end of the month. No notification to say it has been done or dispatched, tracking just states will be informed when it’s dispatched. Attempted to message the email address had a reply from a Henry stating that email was not monitored and to use the live chat service. Have used the live chat service 5 or 6 times with no response each time even after leaving it open for over a day. There seems to be no one responding to anything. No way of me getting a refund. I have ordered the same item from a different company as a result as this is ridiculous and now trying to get a refund which also seems impossible when there is no one there to respond. Do not use

Dyefor despatched later than planned so it missed the birthday, and also the goods were destroyed by the courier. However they issued a refund very quickly and Henry was very lovely. The best way to contact them is to send a message through the website web chat, not the email address.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Company has taken my money not delivered item and ignored all 4 of my emails. There are no other contact details for them.
I have since had a courier email saying item damaged beyond repair and still been ignored by the company.

Been ordering from dyefor for years, the phone cases are great and lots of different bits that make great Christmas gifts. Prices are reasonable and customer service is good too. Would highly recommend!
I only get my phone cases from dyefor I get the tough impact cases (personalised) and they are great. My baby throws my phone every opportunity she gets and this case has protected it from many smashes and is still in great condition aswell as the cases being a good design! Also whenever any issues have arose the customer service team have been quick and on top to take care of it! 10/10 company
I ordered a personalised phone case for a Samsung s22 phone, it arrived and it was to big for my phone after I definitely selected the s22, I used the chat on the website and they wanted me to confirm my phone was an s22 and that I apparently ordered an s22 plus when I didn't. I screenshot my settings on my phone to show I have an s22 and they only gave me a discount for a new order when i requested a refund, plus they won't give me an order confirmation. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!
