They Take Orders but Don’t Deliver

Avoid this company at all costs.

I placed an order twice for laptop and iPad cases (21/08/25 & 17/09/25), paid for speedy delivery, and was repeatedly told my order had been shipped. Royal Mail tracking never updated beyond “We’re expecting it” — meaning it was never actually handed over, Henry blamed it on Royal Mail loosing it on the way to the depot, or it has been damaged. After weeks of chasing, I’ve now just been told again that it was never shipped and I’ll be refunded for the second time.

They make excuses, blame Royal Mail, and send polite but empty emails, yet they clearly cannot deliver what they sell. In my experience, this company is simply not capable of fulfilling orders and their promises are lies.

Don’t waste your time or money here, the only good thing is that they are refunding the money.

Terrible company

Terrible company - AVOID!

There was no communication for weeks about my order. Emails / chat and there's no company number. Finally someone said sorry, it's a small team.

SCAM company

I ordered some phone lanyards 10 days ago and have had no communication or reply to my emails since. They have just taken my money and ghosted - do NOT make an order through this company, they should not be trading!

Terrible company

Terrible company. I've ordered a case which was never sent and I never rcieve a response to the multiple emails and chats I've raised. There is no published number to call. Avoid this company at all costs.

Unreliable!!! Stay clear

Really disappointed with this company. Ordered from them on 4th September, paid for 48 hour tracking so assumed it would have been dispatched by 8th at the latest but still no tracking or dispatch. Email sent and web chat but no response. I appreciate this is a small business but judging by the amount of poor reviews especially around shipping and delivery I’d say they need to amend their delivery guide lines on the website. I needed this for today (10th sept) for my
Mom’s birthday , too late now. I have requested a refund but I don’t hold out much hope. Unreliable, will stay well clear in future.

I ordered a phone case on 29th August…

I ordered a phone case on 29th August and since then I’ve had zero updates. I’ve sent two emails and even messaged your Instagram page, yet I’ve been completely ignored.

This was my first time ordering from you, and it will 100% be my last. You’ve failed to stick to the timescale you promised, your communication is non-existent, and your service is shocking. I’ve already asked for a full refund, but given the way you’re operating, I highly doubt you’ll issue it.

I ordered a few sheets of wrapping…

I ordered a few sheets of wrapping paper and in error used the wrong email and postal address details. I contacted them immediately to cancel the order which they did. However a debit and credit appeared. on our business bank account which we require back up documentation for the transactions for our accountants to reconcile. Contacted them again and through a pain staking chain of emails they still are yet to provide - it has been over two weeks. I dont know how a company operates like this - will not be using them again if they are unable to carry out a simple request.

Avoid

I have ordered a cover for my iPhone 13 Pro and received the cover for the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Obviously I can’t use it. Delivery took a month!
I realize it’s my word against their word but I have not been offered a curtesy replacement
