Honestly so disappointed. Bought an engraved necklace as a Christmas present. It didn’t even last a week before the chain snapped. It wasn’t caught on anything or pulled at. Literally just fell off her neck. Not what I want to hear about a gift I’ve given. The necklace looked beautiful when received so I had high hopes. I did reach out but I haven’t had any response.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Dylan Oaks Belfast. I previously got a permanent bracelet with a charm from them, which was a sentimental gift, as I had a matching one done with my mum. Unfortunately, the charm pretty much disintegrated and fell off, which was upsetting given both the emotional value and the cost of the service.
When I went back into the store to get a replacement, I was met with a terrible attitude from staff. I was told they currently have no stock of permanent bracelets and that there have been no appointments available until the new year. I was then informed that they haven’t offered any appointments over Christmas or New Year because the only member of staff who does the welding is conveniently “off”.
When I asked when new appointments might be available, I was told it “depends on when the rotas come out” — which is completely unhelpful. How are customers meant to be expected to track staff rotas? We were vaguely told appointments would be available in the new year, yet when I checked online there are no appointments at all showing for January in either the Belfast or Dublin stores.
To make matters worse, Astrid & Miyu just around the corner were offering the exact same service, had plenty of stock available, and had a long queue of customers being served — which only highlighted how poorly this situation was handled at Dylan Oaks.
At this point I’m genuinely questioning whether the permanent bracelet service is even being offered anymore. Between the poor quality of the original charm, the lack of availability, and the dismissive attitude in-store, this was a really disappointing experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend this service based on how issues are handled once problems arise.
Bad customer service and not good quality chains
Lovely jewellery but not worth the money. My husband got me two chained on Christmas Eve. The bar one broke took it back Boxing Day. Broke today again and other change ya can’t even open clasp link is really small. Worst of all today’s customer service was soo bad to kids behind counter had no manners or where no help at all it was like they didn’t want to be there. I will be going back tomorrow with my receipts and getting my money back. Worst customer service ever raally don’t recommend this stuff
Poor delivery.
Ordered jewellery on the 10th December and am still awaiting delivery on the 20th. I had got this as a present for Christmas and am so frustrated and disappointed by the poor service. I love the jewellery but very annoyed with service.

Placed my first order on Black Friday for Christmas gifts and everything arrived quickly and beautifully wrapped. Can’t wait to give these to family, and saves me the hassle of wrapping them myself. Will definitely be purchasing again. Thank you

Order is €140 and just not being dispatched, I assume they oversold and items are out of stock or just incapable of dispatching orders! Very disappointed as it’s a Christmas present and now I’m down money/time and no present! Disgraceful service from Dylan oaks. I just want a refund at this stage - don’t buy here they don’t fulfil orders

Scam. Ordered a number of items. Took way longer than promised to arrive. Quality was so shockingly bad i couldn't gift them as planned. Cheap tat. I am extremely suspicious of any positive reviews of this company.

Never received jewellery
I never received my order i have emailed twice to get an update and the only update i get is to review the jewellery that I never got i have spent over a hundred euros on the 1st of December got an email confirming my order and nothing since. I have never had this experienced before from Dylan oaks. Why am I now. And STILL No reply from costumes services either.
The pieces were for my daughter for Xmas.

I made an order and I have not received a single response regarding posting or anything and my order was over 100€+ and was for Christmas presents. I feel totally scammed by the response from others. People feel it to. I’d give no stars if I could.’
