very poor customer service!! no order since placing it January 3 it is now February 28. No call backs from customer service and NO response to emails

Read other comments, not much more to said. Same issues, no supply, shipping or delivery, no answering any emails or call.

Fraud Comapny, they took money on 27 Dec 2025 and never gave any product, I called many time but no response never they call me back. I have mailed them many times but again no response. I am sure they just making money like this

Also, I'm not even sure the water bottles work. I ordered one, and when I tested the ph of the water, it was no different than my tap water that I put in it. When I asked customer service, no response.

Customer service is absolute trash! I have ordered several bottles over the years and shipping has always taken up to a month but I always received emails updating me. This time I ordered the diffusers. Received a confirmation email then NOTHING! Emailed, called.....no response. Such a shame because I really like the products.

Dissapointed.Can onlt but Vitabead diffusers from the US . The shipping cos is horrendous and maked it unaffordable. I originally purchased my bottle on Amazon AU 2 months ago . Diffusers were wasy to buy back then. I now need another diffuser onlyvto find I cannot get it from my originsl source Amazon AU -😡

Ordered Jan 5th, should have arrived the 13th. I have emailed several times, called and left at least 6 msgs, sent msgs on IG and FB, made negative comments on media with their recent posts, and NOTHING. Zero response. Worst customer service ever which is a shame b/c I love the product.

Absolute lack of customer service. I ordered something on December 25th, it says it was shipped on January 6th, has not arrived, and customer service will not reply to dozens of emails.

order 12/23/25 received tracking number and no product, emails sent, call no answer, file dispute with PayPal, waiting for results

Order Replacement VitaBead Diffusers Dec 4th 2025. Was supposed to arrive Dec 12th 2025. Never was shipped. Credit card was charged. I have emailed multiple times and no reply. Very unreliable company. Can not be trusted.

I am having difficult getting Dyln Vitabead diffuser. The company collecting money but not dispatching the product. Is this a company or someone in a garage selling products, The company not responding to emails.

Me husband ordered a water bottle December 5th and it has not come yet. HE HAS EMAILED, LEFT VOICEMAILS AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED HIM. THE 800 NUMBER IS A RECORDING WITH NO ONE ANSWERING CALLS!! This is very disturbing and disappointing! YOU ALL HAVE PROCESSED THE PAYMENT AND HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE PRODUCT.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DYLN!!!
I’m hoping my beads for our current water bottles come since that automatic payment has been processed as well!!
Love the water bottles but I cannot support a company who does not deliver and does not respond to emails and voicemails-TERRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE!

Ordered a bottle and some accessories in Nov 2025. Status remained the same as of 21 Dec 2025. Zero update on the status of order. Wrote to the support team more than one week ago. Zero replies. Based on previous reviews by other customers, I believe DLYN is having difficulty to fulfill their orders. Please do not purchase from them until they sort out the issues.

No Customer Service Response. Bought Vitabead diffusers, but they never shipped them. Reach out to them; they never got back to me. It has been over a month since I was charged for the product, but I haven't received anything.

Called their customer service, it was an automated machine. Emailed them directly, no response. This is not the way to treat customers who have been with you since you launched the products.

Ordered 2 bottles in August with no issues. Came time to replace the elements (recommended every 3 months) ordered a 2 pack, since I had 2 bottles. They charged my credit card but have not shipped the elements, been almost 3 weeks. When ordered website stated they were in stock. Tried to contact them with response to email. Buyer beware!

Do NOT shop here. Ordered on 11/12. As of 12/10 I have received nothing. They don’t returns calls, emails or Facebook message. I’ve left several. I’m doing a chargeback back on my card. SCAM company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made two orders in September and still haven't received the product or even an update. I have left multiple messages on their voicemail and sent multiple emails without any response. This is completely unacceptable. They are just stealing money at this point. Quick to charge you but once the payment hits, they disappear.

While I like their water bottles, their customer service is not timely. They do not answer their phone and did not return a call when a message was left. For a long time the only way one could buy replacement Vita Bead diffusers was in a single pack at $20 apiece. They just didn’t have the multi packs in stock. They did not respond to an email about when they might be in stock. Since they did not have multi packs of diffusers available, I ordered some of their new Bublrs. I was told they would arrive in a few weeks. That morphed into many weeks. Thankfully they replied to my email, several days after I sent it, and changed my order from the not yet in stock Bublrs to a finally available Vita Bead diffuser multi pack. Yay for eventually taking care of me!

That being said, they are the best alternative to buying plastic water bottles. I believe they will pick up as soon as they can

I have called twice, and left messages as no one answers the phone, and I emailed them, using their published address, 2/3 days ago and still have not heard back from them

Are they still in business? I like the bottles but shite customer service.

I'm about to contact my cc company and start a refund process for undelivered product.

Dyln sure got the money charged on the card out fast...
