Also, I'm not even sure the water bottles work. I ordered one, and when I tested the ph of the water, it was no different than my tap water that I put in it. When I asked customer service, no response.

Customer service is absolute trash! I have ordered several bottles over the years and shipping has always taken up to a month but I always received emails updating me. This time I ordered the diffusers. Received a confirmation email then NOTHING! Emailed, called.....no response. Such a shame because I really like the products.

WORST CUST SERV EVER
Ordered Jan 5th, should have arrived the 13th. I have emailed several times, called and left at least 6 msgs, sent msgs on IG and FB, made negative comments on media with their recent posts, and NOTHING. Zero response. Worst customer service ever which is a shame b/c I love the product.

Me husband ordered a water bottle December 5th and it has not come yet. HE HAS EMAILED, LEFT VOICEMAILS AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED HIM. THE 800 NUMBER IS A RECORDING WITH NO ONE ANSWERING CALLS!! This is very disturbing and disappointing! YOU ALL HAVE PROCESSED THE PAYMENT AND HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE PRODUCT.

ZERO update and ZERO reply
Ordered a bottle and some accessories in Nov 2025. Status remained the same as of 21 Dec 2025. Zero update on the status of order. Wrote to the support team more than one week ago. Zero replies. Based on previous reviews by other customers, I believe DLYN is having difficulty to fulfill their orders. Please do not purchase from them until they sort out the issues.

No Customer Service Response. Bought Vitabead diffusers, but they never shipped them. Reach out to them; they never got back to me. It has been over a month since I was charged for the product, but I haven't received anything.
Called their customer service, it was an automated machine. Emailed them directly, no response. This is not the way to treat customers who have been with you since you launched the products.
Buyer Beware
Ordered 2 bottles in August with no issues. Came time to replace the elements (recommended every 3 months) ordered a 2 pack, since I had 2 bottles. They charged my credit card but have not shipped the elements, been almost 3 weeks. When ordered website stated they were in stock. Tried to contact them with response to email. Buyer beware!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made two orders in September and still haven't received the product or even an update. I have left multiple messages on their voicemail and sent multiple emails without any response. This is completely unacceptable. They are just stealing money at this point. Quick to charge you but once the payment hits, they disappear.
Good product but not good customer servic
While I like their water bottles, their customer service is not timely. They do not answer their phone and did not return a call when a message was left. For a long time the only way one could buy replacement Vita Bead diffusers was in a single pack at $20 apiece. They just didn’t have the multi packs in stock. They did not respond to an email about when they might be in stock. Since they did not have multi packs of diffusers available, I ordered some of their new Bublrs. I was told they would arrive in a few weeks. That morphed into many weeks. Thankfully they replied to my email, several days after I sent it, and changed my order from the not yet in stock Bublrs to a finally available Vita Bead diffuser multi pack. Yay for eventually taking care of me!
