John was like an angel sent from the sky, he was so calming, reassuring, patient, and encouraging. I could write way more but overall amazing amazing amazing. We were on out way to catch out flight for a Mexico trip, and under bad weather I tried to pass a car and lost control. 1 minute later John was driving by and all of a sudden everything was going be okay again, such a good human!!

This Company is a Fraud and SCAM! They are predators who consistent take advantage of innocent people...I along with my neighbors have consistently been taken advantage of by this company and I am disappointed with our HOA for allowing this company access to our Gated Community to continue to harass, scheme and scam us. The Tire Rims on my truck are customized with Red Stripes and in the past, the driver from Dynamic Towing slightly moved my truck and took a picture to say that I was parked illegally but I had pictures of my own to prove that they lied. I will continue to write reviews about them on every platform that I can find until they close shop and/or get arrested for Fraud - they already have horrible reviews on Yelp, and I will add to the horrible reviews. I am a Government Employee, and I told them that I needed my truck and more specifically my Government ID, they said that they were only open for certain hours and charged me extra to retrieve my vehicle. Ryan McColeman is the owner, and the subject of other court cases and law suits listed online and when I asked if I could speak with him directly about the price gouging from them towing my vehicle, they said that he was not available. It cost me $361.00 to retrieve my vehicle @ 10:00 AM from being towed the previous night. Please protest when you see their names listed to work at any property that you live at because they are crooks!

I've used Dynamic Towing in Moncton, New Brunswick, two other times in the past; both times I was charged $60.00 for towing my motorcycles. That's a fair and reasonable price and the distance was about 5 minutes away. This evening, I needed a tow again (third time's a charm, they say!) and when I called, the dispatcher said it would be $90.00 as "two people need to handle the bike". This wasn't the case at all; I handled the bike while the tow driver strapped it. I rode the bike up the ramp and down; it didn't need handling as I had enough juice left to get it up and back down without assistance. My battery was running very low so I called them before I was completely dead.

Dispatcher said he would send a driver out in 20 minutes. I called back after almost 40 minutes to see what was happening. Almost 40 minutes later and driver arrives. Not his fault; it's the DISPATCHER giving under-times when he should have just been upfront; I would have waited anyway. The driver? AWESOME GUY! He towed me before; super guy and friendly; he knows what he's doing! No complaints about him AT ALL!

The dispatcher, though? A $30.00 jump to $90.00 for a 5 minute tow where my bike wasn't handled by anyone but me? Really? Clearly, they make rates up as they go. There's zero doubt about this! The last times I got towed where it WAS a two man job... and it was $60.00. This time it was $90.00 ($103.50 in total) and I drove it up and back down myself. Ridiculous pricing I later called Moncton Towing and asked what their rate would have been (without mentioning it would not have needed to be handled by two people) and they quoted me a TOTAL of $70.00. I know who I'll be calling if I need tow service again ... and it certainly won't be Dynamic Towing; there's nothing "Dynamic" about their rates.
