Unbelivable treatment

Due to my job I've dealt with many solicitors before , but dealing with them was my biggest mistake, the whole time I felt unwelcome and I felt they were more against me rather than support me .
A couple of days before court they asked for more money and after all of it, they failed the case but non was matter if we treated with more respect As any case may lose or win .
I wish I never came across this firm.
I still don't know why the person called Jared (the person who dealt with our case) disliked us so much and didn't want our case to be success after thousands £ of charges .
At the end I was the most unwelcome client for them which all they look was to charge me for their fee .
