Excellent service and such a horrible job they deserve all the credit they get

Called Dyno-Rod and had Graham here next morning 8.30am. So very responsive. Graham has 20 years of experience and it showed. A real expert. Used a couple of cameras and jet wash to determine there was a blockage and clear it out. Plus all my assumptions on on our drain layout were wrong and - so o can rest est easy now knowing exactly where they run and plan for future preventative maintenance. All in all an excellent experience and would recommend.

Glynn was great, unfortunately we had already been scammed earlier on in the day hence why I called Dyno rod and confirmed Wessex water needed to be called within 5 minutes of attending. Recommended highly, great service.

Matt sorted out the blocked toilet by jet washing from the sewer and then plunging from the toilet end. He was very sympathetic to the needs of my elderly neighbour whose toilet was blocked. He gave very sound advice over the reason for the blockage, which was a large limescale build up, and gave us excellent advice on replacing the toilet. Many thanks. A job well done.

What an atrocious service. We booked Dyno Rod to do an inspection of our drains and they turned up promptly and told us what needed to be dine. The man who attended was blunt and charmless.
They agree to come back on 26th June and we had 4 builders on site to continue other works on the property once Dyno Rod were finished.
After waiting all day they said we weren't booked in DESPITE an Email and Text confirming the booking. They offered to come back in mid July knowing the work was urgent.
We've had no apology for their dereliction of duty.
Don't use this Company in North Devon because they are beyond useless.

Craig was brilliant. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. He was professional and friendly. 10/10 from us.

A pleasant chap arrived to unlock a rainwater drain. He was here 20 mins. Rodding wouldn't clear it so he used a high pressure hose and charged me £195 which I thought extortionate.

Completely taken advantage off. Filled out online form clearly stating toilet ‘keeps blocking, blockage is further done the soil pipe’ I’d already had a plumber use a plunger a few timers to remove the backed up toilet roll which would always work for about 4/5 days, so thought we’d get what I thought was a reputable company in called Dyno rod, made sure they knew the blockage was further down, we’d not long moved in since renovating the house so wondered if there was some stuff building rubble down there? This company apparently use cameras so thought amazing!
obviously there must be a small gap between the blockage in the soil pipe so when a plunger is used this small gap reopens but soon blocks again, but this company seemed legit.
Stated £190 on the website, happy with this if it gets rid of this blockage down the bottom of the soil pipe. I was breastfeeding so couldn’t see or speak to the dyno-rod man so was surprised when he left after about 5 minutes. I then received the job report email, all he had used was a plunger to remove the surface toilet roll and then had the cheek to put on the report ‘ no guarantee’ as ‘misuse with toilet roll’ feel absolutely robbed and exploited for £190 as a single parent.
One week later and we have no working toilet again as of course it’s backup with toilet roll.
Do not use this scam of a company. Only put to make money rather than provide the service they promise.

Got the drain unblocked with no fuss.

Had them out to clear a blocked drain outside. Very prompt for coming out and fixed the blockage within 30 minutes. A few weeks later with a lot of rain and the drain is full and bubbling again. Rang to ask what comeback I had and was told there was no guarantee on the work, they could send out another engineer but wanted to charge another £190. Told them not to bother and will now look for a different company in the new year. Just took their word for it that the blockage was cleared but never actually saw any evidence of it. Would not recommend
