The engineer that came out was very friendly and checked the toilet and checked the drain out side and in the garden looking for the problem but he couldn't fix the problem as it was not my drains that where blocked and the problem was coming from my neighbours properly and I have to call Anglia water to fix the problem

Not good we called them out for an outside drain check as we suspected a master pipe problem as got a smell in both the bathroom and kitchen! Was told the drain is ok then the chap proceeded to take our sink connections apart to clean them. *if smells in the bathroom to it won't be the waste pipe in the kitchen but obviously im not a plumber so left him to it* although he even said hes not an internal plumber? After f-ing and moaning about the fitment of the pipe, The 6th od time he took it off as he was clearly having problems and struggling at his job he just grabbed his hover said yeah all sorted now and got in his van and left as quick as possible! Leaving us with a u bend pipe pouring out under my sink. Wasted a day off and was left with the same fault a leaking sink i couldn't use. I went to go b&q for a simple seal and had to fix it myself (it took 5 mins) Thanx! If in doubt sort it yourself as we had to!

Hearing that our technician left your home without resolving the underlying drainage issues, while also creating a new leak under your kitchen sink, is concerning. Unprofessional behaviour and leaving a workspace in disrepair go entirely against our standards of service. We regret the frustration, lost time, and extra effort required to fix the pipe yourself. Our management team is currently reviewing this incident with the technician involved to ensure proper protocols are enforced and to prevent similar occurrences in the future. We are dedicated to addressing these shortcomings internally to improve the quality of our service.

The blocked drain was accessed quickly and assessed for evidence of the block.
External drains were also assessed to locate the main problem and enable a much 'cleaner' unblocking solution.
The block was removed and follow up guidance given to prevent reoccurances.
The area was left clean and tidy afterwards.
Call out time was also great, booked around midday with engineer arriving at 3 with booking confirmation and one hour notice call to confirm
