Good service but over priced
Service provided was excellent and the technician was prompt, solved the issue and was polite & courteous.
However, Dynorod did not call in advance to lay out the costs, which they have always done in the past. This meant I was not aware of the significant price increase as well as the Saturday fee. I went ahead with the work once the technician was here and he advised me the costs, as the work had to be completed, but it was 40% higher than similar previous work.

I'm sorry you aren't happy with the price which reflects that the visit was on a Saturday whereas previous jobs were during week days and the last one was more than one year ago. If this visit had also been on a weekday the increase would have been £8.50.
