Quickly set to work and unblocked the drain. Was very quick and tidy, and explained everything that he did.

Callum from Dyno-Rod came to help with a blocked external drain. It turned out to be a bigger issue and Callum thoroughly investigated and explained next steps so we know what to expect. Callum is a very professional and polite drain specialist and I felt he did the best job he could in difficult conditions

Callum was great today, really quick and efficient. He was polite and friendly and he cleared the blockage within about 5 minutes! Also got a call giving me an estimate time which was really helpful. Also gave me some good advice to help prevent issues in the future

We have ongoing issues with our drains at home, Callum came today and figured out the long standing issue, had it solved and sorted in no time. He was very friendly and gave me lots of advice around what our options are if it happens again! Brilliant service as always from Dynorod!
