The Norwich plumber was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to get my heating working properly and made sure everything was checked before leaving.

Quick and positive response on phoning call centre and was able to promise same day appointment. I was texted immediately to indicate approx time of arrival. Engineer (Bradley) rang at 1.45pm to indicate arrival at 2pm. Cheerful and enthusiastic engineer - a credit to the company. Very thorough CCTV inspection and was able to resolve the blocked drain issue within the hour. Will certainly use again if needed.

Had a blocked loo so time of the essence. Dyno rod turned up at time promised, within 12 hours. They were very polite, after explaining problem they quickly got down to fixing it. Unfortunately the blockage had cleared itself overnight so although they didn't have to unblock the pipeworks but still gave pipes an inspection and gave welcome news that there were no breakages or problems. Very professional and tidied up after themselves. Would definitely use again if any future problems. Thank you.

Dyno-Rod are amazing! I've used them a few times before but this review is about the most recent visit. My Dad's toilet was blocked & water was leaking through the ceiling. Their engineer, Jamie, was amazing! He prioritised us coz it was a big emergency. Jamie arrived quickly & sorted the problem very professionally, thoughroughly & quickly! He went above & beyond & helped clean up the water afterwards! He really did save us from a catastrophy & my disabled father now had a toilet which you can imagine is vital for someone who's housebound!!
Raspect in each & every single aspect!!
