Sorted out plumbing problem very quickly.

Fantastic service from start to finish!

I had no water coming from hot water faucets. When I contacted the company, they attended the next day. The plumber was friendly & efficient. He sorted the problem & it was excellent value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again if i experience any other problems.

My toilet wasn't flushing properly, but the plumber wasn't able to fix it. He quoted me for a new one, which was reasonably priced and it was fitted within 3 days. Service was excellent and plumber was efficient, friendly and courteous.

From start to finish an excellent job and service . Sarah in the office was extremely helpful and Narinder quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it . 10/10!!

We rang Dynorod via British Gas as our cold water tank was leaking. We were given an urgent slot the same day and we could not have been happier with the plumber Clarence. He resolved the leak and showed us a video of the problem and gave us useful advice for dealing with future leaks. Very professional and efficient. The staff who answered my calls at Dynorod were also so helpful and polite.

Michael came and repaired a leak last week. At that time I asked about alternatives to the internal stopcock and he told me about a Surestop. This looked ideal to me so I accepted the quote from Dynorod and he returned today to fit the device. He has done an excellent job, was friendly and helpful and left everything in good order. I am very happy wit the service.

Best experience I’ve ever had with an emergency plumber for my 91 year-old grandmother. The gentleman was extremely charming and sorted the problem in 20 mins. He even took the time to show us how to shut-off the water in future!

We have had Dyno-Rod in twice now first a kitchen sink and today bathroom taps x 2. Arrived completed the work quickly and to a very high standard, fantastic work nice news taps. Very happy with the process from booking to finish. Scott was a very Polite plumber explained the whole process to us all the way.

Countless calls to call centre to understand what the next steps were. All in all took c3 months to diagnose and fix the issue. Multiple visits and long conversations with the call handlers. Engineers were friendly but the whole experience was not a positive one.

Guys came today to sort out our Bath tap problem, wasn’t an easy job but they completed ok with patience and experience!

Shan has been very friendly and always hears out the issue and resolves matters.
The team at Dyno have been very proactive and helpful and Chelse/ Olivia have given us full support on our job in hand. I would recommend the group to folks out there as they are proactive, responsive and people who put your mind at rest and treat you with respect. Keep going folks. Cheers

David introduced himself on the phone prior to his visit .On arrival ,he was a pleasant ,professional young man .He completed the task successfully.

Our engineer was excellent and investigated our issue sorted out our pump so its much improved. really thorough, clean and tidy. Kept us well informed and stayed until he was sure everything was working properly

Had a water leak from the kitchen ceiling for about 3-4weeks numerous plumbers arrived without any success. Eventually spoke to Kevin, (manager) who organised Marco to visit next day and successfully found the cause but left 3 holes in the ceiling. Today Daniel arrived and repaired the three holes.

Well done guys even though it was a long wait.
