The gas board recommended Dyno-Road. I contacted them, who got a fairly local branch to come and do some work for me. The young man was brilliant. Did a great job. From my initial call to coming out took about 30 mins and the two small jobs about an hour, and the cost was value for money. Nothing was a problem. I will use this company and branch again and recommend them.

Came out to fix a leaking radiator. He was so nice, friendly but very efficient! Sorted it quite quickly! Fab job.

Arrived as advised on time.Engineer explained what needed repairing,he was able to supply the part and promptly dealt with the fault.

Needed a new cistern on our toilet. Engineer did a great job replacing it.
Kept well informed of the appointment and rang twenty minutes before he arrived.
Very happy with the work and the price of the job. Would not hesitate to recommend Dyno-Rod.

MQ from Dyno-Rod arrived to fix a leak on my kitchen sink.
The experience that MQ gave us was above and beyond. He greeted us professionally and established the problem quickly. He went out of his way to get the right tap for the kitchen sink and fixed the leak in a professional manner.

Plumber assessed and fixed our leaking toilet very quickly and efficiently. Price very reasonable. Would recommend Dyno for plumbing issues.

The plumber came promptly to our kitchen flood and was very helpful and fitted a new tap.

I recently had new radiators fitted by Dyno-Rod and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

The engineer did an excellent job from start to finish. Not only was the installation done to a high standard, but they also went above and beyond by filling in the old holes left behind, as the new towel radiator had different mounting points. It was those little extra touches that really made a difference.

They took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated, and left everything clean and tidy once the work was complete.

Overall, a very professional and friendly service. I would definitely recommend Dyno-Rod and would happily use them again.

We had a leak in the bathroom. The engineer was prompt and professional. They were unable to be successful on the day as we had to contact our insurance. The engineer returned and isolated the cause of leak and damage. Clean tidy job. The engineer also replaced a leaking tap. We are very satisfied with the engineer. They worked with little to no mess. Excellent service.

Arranged an appointment online in the morning and engineer arrived on the same day. Spent time going through everything to diagnose the fault and then was able to repair. Prompt service and friendly engineer.
Only complaint was lack of information regarding time of appointment. Had a phone call 15 minutes before he arrived.

Although he was a little late, that was not his fault as he was under pressure to complete so many jobs in a session.
Whilst he was here he was very courteous, quick and friendly and completed the job very quickly explaining everything, every step of the way; he took time to listen to my concerns and commented on every problem I ran past him.
The toilet leak is now fully repaired and I await instruction as to my 'Header Tank' issue, which requires investigation by at least two engineers as I cannot climb into my loft space.

Engineer Kiean that came out was brilliant and really new his stuff, he had to wait a while for us to gain access to the room but this was no issue for him really polite and worked fast to get our water back on canr recommended enough.

Engineer Lee very knowledgeable about the plumbing problem and efficiently fixed everything.

I had a troublesome problem with a shower pump. Whilst this required several visits I found Dyno very responsive and helpful. Good communication on this. This was ultimately assigned to their lead engineer who was amazing. Great ownership and customer service was shown by him. Can’t recommend highly enough
