I needed a leak fixing on a dripping tap quite urgently…the lady I spoke to was very positive and arranged a visit quickly taking note of times that suited us…the engineer did a good job but we found a complication which caused me to ring them on Saturday morning …they were out to check within hours and back again to deal with the developing situation, identifying and dealing with what turned out to be a more complicated issue. Everyone was understanding, courteous and genuinely focussed on helping us solve the problem even though it took more visits and checks….definitely my go to firm from now on!!!

I had a massive issue with the previous contractor abandoning the work soon after they started, but after collecting advance payments. Dyno-Rod came immediately and resolved the most urgent issues, and then, after a thorough diagnostic and quotation process, they came back to finish the project, including groundworks, plumbing, dealing with UU, cleaning, and more. At first, it was confusing for me to understand their website and hours to call, since there are multiple locations, but eventually I was informed how it works and the right phone numbers and people to contact. Once we had the quotation in place, the rest was very smooth: they came on time as planned on the agreed date, and finished on time and within the original budget. This was a private job, not related to insurance. I wish I had found them sooner!

After the first initial big project, I also used their website to book another small job, and again, they came to quote it as planned, and it was all solved the next morning, even when it wasn't urgent.

Definitely, I will keep calling this company for the range of services they offer. Thank you Dyno-Rod, and especially Andy.

The plumber was extremely helpful and good at his job - very nice lad 👏 My only gripe was that when I took out Care with British gas they didn't inform me about the extra cost of the replacement pump! This should be emphasized on selling the product and needs addressing thanks!

Easy to book an appointment, notified well in advance of plumbers arrival time.plumber was polite , knew what needed to be done and was able to offer a range of options to replace our faulty tap. When the tap and parts for two other taps arrived (within two days of the initial visit) we were immediately notified and a further visit arranged. The jobs were quickly and efficiently executed with no mess.

Ben was the lad who came, he was well mannered, new exactly what the problem was and even sorted another problem we had. I purchased an adapter which he advised for my toilet. It is brilliant. It was a pleasure to have him coming to do our jobs.

This service was so easy to access and to use. I was kept informed of the procedure every step of the way and they were v accommodating when I had to change the appointment. Engineer rang before visit and he got here early and waiting outside til the correct time!! Courteous and polite and explained the problem. Was a bit wary of using this service but glad I did.

Plumber arrived to look at a dripping tap, I was quoted £90 for 30 minutes including parts. Plumber could not unscrew the tap and advised that I would need a new tap. I Paid £90 to be told I needed a new tap which is fair enough if they can’t get the screws out. No one rang to follow up and I was given no paperwork. I have rang Dyno myself to see what happens next and if there is a further charge to fit the tap. I have been quoted a further £90 if they fit in 30 minutes or £156 if it goes over, I think £180-£246 for a tap fit with no parts is a bit steep
