British Gas sent Jack their Dyno Rod plumber out to our leaking cistern. He quickly identified and fixed the leaking ballcock. He also put in an isolation valve on the cistern for future maintenance (if ever).

After being cold in my house for 10 years I called Dyno rod to sort my central heating out with a flush. Sam and Morgan came and what can I say, they didn't stop until all was perfect. Now im too hot 🔥 Brilliant can not recommend them more. Im going to add, I had other firms in and ended up, giving up, not with Dyno Rod

The plumber was very polite, informative and explained everything. Although they don't replace grout he explained how it should be removed, left to air and how it should be repaired.

Had great service from Dyno-Rod and especially Ashley who carried out our repair. They arranged the appointment for the following day and turned up exactly when they said they would.
