Great experience overall
My insurer passed my escape‑of‑water claim to Dyno‑Rod South Wales. They didn’t arrive within the initial timeframe, but the plumber (possibly Paul) phoned me directly to explain and kept me in the loop. When he arrived, he was brilliant — friendly, honest, and really knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue straight away, had the parts with him, and fixed everything on the spot. Despite the delay, the service itself was excellent.

Called to fix a fault on the cistern…
Called to fix a fault on the cistern flushing mechanism, which was constantly filling and emptying water. Arrived within 30 minutes of the call, fixed a new part, all now working well. Very efficient service. Welsh water , who warn about conserving water, reporting leaks etc estimated 48hrs plus..but more as it's a weekend.

Good analysis and delivery
Lee did a thorough analysis before giving us an acceptable quote. He then installed our new water tank and shower pump very efficiently. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Rubbish company
What a sh1t 💩 company (excuse the pun). They refused to remove the waste that was coming out of a split pan connector and then proceeded to put the toilet back with this stuff still present. I contacted the insurance company to say what had happened and that shouldn't be left like that. They called them and this excuse of a company refused to come out and refused to attend a further job which was for them to remove the toilet for a company to come and clean the area. So all I can say is I wouldn't entertain this company at any cost. They have also caused further problems. Be warned !

Lee was a magician
Lee was a magician, fixing our leaking toilet very skillfully, without taking out the mastic and left out house in a very clean condition. He wore shoe protectors and was very courteous.
He explained everything he was doing, put in the missing part and made good the previous failed fix by Dyno rod the day before. This was late at night, so we were grateful he was on emergency call out.
He also explained we had 90 days cover after the original fix for any failure the day before, so that meant this late night visit was free.
He is a credit to Dyno rod. Thank you Lee
