William the engineer was a pleasure to deal with and he sorted my problem whilst keeping me informed and taking great care to look after my own house and property.
I wasn't sure how much the charge would be, but in the end perhaps only slightly more than a local plumber, if I had been able to find one at all. So overall very satisfied with the service.
I am very pleased to have found a responsive and professional service for any future problems

Great customer service, staff on the phone were very honest and helpful. Fast service completed within promised timescales.
