Brilliant! Had a blocked toilet and attempted the various DIY options on the internet. Admitted defeat and called Dyno-Rod. The drainage engineer came out within an hour of calling to book the appointment. He investigated the problem and found that the soil pipe was almost completely blocked with limescale which had built up over the years. He fixed the issue, toilet is now running brilliantly so everyone is happy.

Really good service. Engineer came on time unblocked drain very quickly. Prices pretty good and on the begining you know how much it will cost not like some other prices where they charge you for time they spend doing the work. Thank you

Instant service! I rang at 2.20pm and the engineer was with me just over an hour later to clear a blocked drain. He was incredibly efficient, friendly and helpful on what turned out to be a complicated problem. He thought extremely hard about how to solve it and suggested various options, with very clear explanations. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Most grateful!

Partial blockage in waste outlet causing water to back up and come out the a different waste pipe (washing machine waste).
1st visit dyno rod used the vax to suck out water and a few stones. I said the sink was still gurgling so I didn’t think it was fixed. Dyno rod person said he couldn’t do anymore unless there was access to my main sewer drain. So he left and I paid 195.00 with no guarantee of works. Fair enough, the problem was not fixed so I removed my wooden flooring covering the main sewer drain and called them back to visit again. Same person came back, Cameras used no blockage in sewer drain. I was told I would need to have the concrete floor dug up as it was probably a broken / displaced joint. The person said he would inform the office and they would arrange a quote. I paid another 195.00 and waited for the quote. Instead of a quote I received 3 dyno rod workers, 2 new ones and the original person. So the new ones diagnosed the problem as being in the area looked at on the 1st visit they used the snake and brute force and was fixed, great I can finally use my washing machine. Off they went without asking for money which I thought was right as it should have been fixed on the first visit, even the new dyno rod person said that. So imagine my anger at receiving a phone call an hour later to request another 195. So not only have I paid 600.00 for the 3 visits but I have to pay for a new floor too. I feel aggrieved at paying for a persons lack of experience so I suppose my view is you can’t have confidence in the person you are getting and you pay and pay with no recourse to get a solution. I don’t feel I should have been charged for the final visit and I told the person on the phone so, but he just said I will feed that back. I assume there are so many customers needing their services that a few 1 stars won’t make a difference. I would assume they will leave some plausible excuse in reply to this review but you customers can make up your own minds as to whether you too would be aggrieved at this situation.

Matt returned to complete the works on our soil pipe yesterday, having originally diagnosed the issue on Sunday. We were really pleased to see a friendly face returning to complete the job, which he completed quickly and efficiently. Matt went out of his way to ensue that our job was completed quickly, sorting out the tooling required and coming back to sort the job himself late in the working day.

We had a bad blockage due to badly designed pipework that a local plumber failed to shift. Lucas from Dynorod had to pay two visits, coming back with different equipment, and it was really tricky but he persevered and shifted it eventually. Great service and no extra charge for the second visit.

Friendly prompt service. Arrived as expected after the promised call. Pricing is transparent and fair in comparison to other quotes. Work carried out quickly and effectively with a smile. Clear explanation of plan and costs, no pressure to accept. Great tidy up afterwards including precautionary disinfection. We paid the min cost which was relatively high for time spent but would have covered a much more complex situation had we needed it. Took time to explain our system and how to manage it ourselves. The engineer was a credit to his company. In this market, good value.

In all, I wasted 3 days leave from work waiting for an engineer, and my husband wasted one day of his.
I have 4 pages of texts from the Chippenham office telling me he was on his way. Countless phone calls from me asking where he was? I was told, on the 16th April, he'd been and gone. The office almost called me a liar and that he had called but nobody was in. They said the house number the engineer took was the correct one but turned out it wasn't even my house. One office member called Mark or Matt was especially rude. One of the many times I rang nobody spoke but the staff were laughing in the background. I have never know anything like this.
On the last day the engineer finally appeared late afternoon. He apologised that he had gone to the wrong address on the 2nd day of us waiting. He, however, was very good at his job. The office staff need to get a grip and make sure the engineer arrives at the right house. Basic.

Mat was polite and helpful with his advice ,and he arrived in the time he said he would, plus he did his job in a good time.

The chap that came out attended in under two hours. He was very friendly, quick and very professional. This is the first time I have used this service but I was so pleased and relieved.

We had a major blockage and sewage was coming out of a cover. I called up and someone was with us within an hour. It couldn't be cleared straight away but they found a hidden drain cover and located the blockage and cleared it. The person that attended was really friendly and called me when he was on his way with an ETA

The two gentlemen that came to our property were so helpful and went above and beyond to see the work was carried out perfectly they were respectful of our property and informed us all the time what was being done
