On making my order of creatine,I noticed i hadnt altered my billing addres. Blood & Guts.
Blood & Guts. Firstly. I am not a body builder. Rarely at the gym then only for stretching and light weight exercises. Am in fact a keen runner participating in marathons and ultra marathons who is always looking at products to improve and help training and performance, especially fuelling during long runs. Creatine has recently been marketed a lot more towards runners and for the benefits it can have on running performance. I took the step to try and did find benefits in endurance and recovery during and after long runs. When I saw your Blood & Guts product and did some research I decided to try to see if there could be any benefits to my running. All I can say is that the marketing department at DY Nutrition should look at a marketing campaign geared towards runners. Blood and Guts took my run sessions to whole different level. My first time using I took the recommended one scoop 30 minutes before I started my run. The effects were amazing. I felt energised, focused, no fatigue after 25kms, felt I could keep on running all day. Am definitely going to use before and during my next marathon next month, will have a premixed bottle with me to take at halfway. Recommend the watermelon.
