Poor service, quick to take your money but don't send your order then ignore all contact

I carnnot recommend Dyra Luxe enough as the customer service is exceptional. There is a genuine care for the customer and fantastic attention to detail. I absolutely love the nail lamp. When mine went on the blink the problem was sorted straight away. I’m so impressed with the lamp and Dura Luxe that I bought a spare lamp and now have 2!

I had ordered two nail art brushes, they came beautifully packaged and arrived efficiently with cute samples which I was not expecting! The brushes themselves have become my main nail art brushes!!! shipping was super fast even during a pandemic,packaging was adorable, the wax pen and black gel paint where great, however the white gel paint wasn't as opaque as I had hoped :/
