I’ve been waiting for a response since…

I’ve been waiting for a response since 15 October and still no reply from your support team. My device was used for only 2 years and I was told that spare parts are not available, and the only solution offered was a -60% discount on a new product.
As a premium brand, is this your customer satisfaction strategy? I can already find similar prices on other websites. I expect a proper solution, not a sales push. A brand that positions itself as long-lasting, premium and sustainable should not leave customers with “no parts, buy a new one” after just 2 years. This damages trust, loyalty and the brand promise. I’m still waiting for a responsible response and a real solution.

The Dyson V12 cordless vacuum cleaner defective product problem

The Dyson V12 cordless vacuum cleaner I purchased from dyson.com.tr in December 2022 started malfunctioning in December 2023, within the warranty period, with issues such as intermittent operation and a non-functioning power button. It was sent to technical service, where the body of the device was replaced under extended warranty and returned to me. However, exactly one year later, the same issues reoccurred with the body, and now the power button doesn’t work again.

When we contacted Dyson, they refused to replace or repair the defective product, stating that the warranty had expired, and instead offered to fix it only if we paid for the service. However, a product that develops the same fault twice in the same part, exactly a year apart, clearly indicates a manufacturing defect. Despite this, Dyson has not offered any assistance in resolving the issue.

How can a globally renowned company like Dyson sell a product that fails in the same way twice within such a short time? We paid a significant amount of money, and yet the company does not stand behind its product.

Dyson Türkiye not answer request.

I placed a corporate order. I entered my company information. They issued individual invoices. I wrote to them on WhatsApp many times to get it corrected, but they did not respond. I called them on the phone and they didn't care. They do not correct the bill. So Dyson Türkiye cannot issue company invoices. They don't not refunds. They don't correct their mistakes, they don't respond.
