I’ve been waiting for a response since 15 October and still no reply from your support team. My device was used for only 2 years and I was told that spare parts are not available, and the only solution offered was a -60% discount on a new product.
As a premium brand, is this your customer satisfaction strategy? I can already find similar prices on other websites. I expect a proper solution, not a sales push. A brand that positions itself as long-lasting, premium and sustainable should not leave customers with “no parts, buy a new one” after just 2 years. This damages trust, loyalty and the brand promise. I’m still waiting for a responsible response and a real solution.
