Tragedy of a company, never order directly from dyson.lt

Tragedy of a company, non existent customer service empathy and still ongoing 5 month period of trying to return money for the item. Each step is welcomed with their: - please wait 3-4 days; when parcel doesn't arrive for 2 months and after countless emails and help from ECC they send you another one ( different product! because that one is already sold out :) ) and as you return it, it get's magically stuck again in their location country and dyson is once again not contacting to open investigation or inquire about missing parcel for OVER A MONTH.

Order not shipped

Ordered item through their site. Delivery was promised in 3 days. After more than month, item still not shipped. Customer support was contacted 4 times with the promise to solve the problem in 3 - 4 days. They cannot tell even what the problem is, just tell me to wait. I believe it is a scam.

I believe others but it was ok for me

I ordered an item on saturday. Received it by thursday. All looks good, except the company did not provide the courier my phone number and my item did not get delivered on wednesday because of that. Had to put my phone number in address section and only then courier could contact me. Got a price that no other retailers could offer and got a gift, so not too bad so far. Item works and everything seems okay.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. The item could not be delivered to me because my address was not provided by the dyson to the courier (only city name was provided). On my issue received an answer that the item when will be received by dyson back will be evaluated and if in good condition the money will be refunded. I did not see the item in my eyes and they are talking about valuation of condition of the item (what a blokes). Just mind blowing how disturbing and ridiculous it is the support and all the work by dyson. No item, no money. Sorry dyson, will avoid buying directly from you.

If there would be 0 stars, that would be it. Customer service non existant, chating with a bot no other options are available. Which repeats "case passed to special team, wait 3-4 days" and that's 3rd time now after "3-4 days"
Avoid like a plague.

They guaranteed the price match and…

They guaranteed the price match and that the price difference would be refunded, but they dragged on until the return deadline passed and stated that the price difference would not be refunded, and I can no longer return the product, which is no longer satisfactory and unpleasant...
A fraudulent half-hearted person, deceiving people, no humanity and no fulfillment of promises... A company of thieves...

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. My dyson airwrap does not work and I'm dealing with them for 4 days already and its not resolving. They're asking dumb questions such as 'did you checked if your tool is charged' while its not even chargeable tool! Their chatbot says it takes 30 minutes for them to reply while I'm waiting for 3 hours for one single message. Worst customer support I've ever experienced, very hard to communicate since its only whatsapp or livechat, unconvenient.
