Customer for two and a half years
Customer for two and a half years, had an issue with a purchased fluid for the first time, the fluid being under the usual high standard.
Pinky, Diane and Ray really stepped up and resolved the issue over just a couple of messages. Can't thank them enough. Great customer service and still a very happy customer!

Device perfect but delivery far from perfect
What can I say the device is perfect I love it but unfortunately the customer service is laking a lot, I ordered a certain colour which they didn’t have in stock however it was available on the website in that colour if that colour wasn’t available then it should of been made unavailable on the website, I paid an extra £8 for 2 business day delivery, 2 business days turned into 3 business days, I ordered half 11 a Monday so I should of received it half 11 on Wednesday they didn’t mention that it takes a day to process the order when paying extra for the express delviery so it’s more like your paying for 3 days business delivery I won’t be ordering from here again utterly shocking service from them
