Great value for money
The simple fact that I now have a digital licence, a plastic card and a paper licence for 3 years for just a fraction more than a 1 year licence costs me at home was the deciding factor. I was happy to wait the additional time to receive the physical copies knowing I had access to the digital licence.

I received my international drivers…
I received my international drivers licence on time. The procedure on how to apply for it was very straightforward without any problems and the delivery service was very good. I will definitely using the same process again in the future. Thank you.

Didn’t get a fine once in Thailand…
Didn’t get a fine once in Thailand while renting mopeds are carrying my international driving licence my mate didn’t bother and had to pay 4 separate fines about £35 each time think I paid 50 for card and paper copy but payer copy was cheaper and would of worked just the same

Their license isn't recognized in Spain…
Their license isn't recognized in Spain despite their website clearly showing the Spanish flag right on their landing page. Very misleading.
I renewed my license solely to rent a car and drive on our holidays in Spain. The rental car company told us that they had turned away a dozen people before us that day trying to rent cars with the ITA license. It isn't recognized in Spain. The police even visited the car company, telling them not to accept their licenses. It doesn't matter if you have a physical copy or a digital copy. They don't recognize the ITA as a legitimate license distributor.
I tried to get a refund on my renewal cost (65 Euro) but my request was dismissed without consideration.
