Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. Never did it arrive in 15 mins and it was purchased in their opening hours. No refund given either.

Trust me, no one will answer your emails
Cards are of poor quality
You need to pay first, no one will be responsible for the problems later
Payment cannot be refunded, very disappointed
Postage £6.9, (I paid 19.8eur, I don't know where the money went)
I ordered other services and received the card quickly and you can check the card before paying. you can see a big difference

You are right about the email, we apologies for any inconvinience, we have answered and respond for many but our emails system was huckers by one compattoers which you can easy find him online, who copied our website URL domain name ( e-ITA ) our domain brand is E-ITCA.org.
We have fixed the problem but some of our emails going to the spam and junk mail and we still working on it,
We can offer you the convinient solution as an apologies,
Regarding the card, as you can see that we have changed our recent agent in UK because of the card quality complaints we have received from you and from others and we promisse that wil be better this time,
but the cardo fees have an issue most of psople don't know about it that the carriers all around the world will charge more when you are shipping IDs and Booklet look like a passport, this is what making it expensive plus the charge of the fuel and the customes.
