Service above and beyond what would be expected
Web site very easy to use. Prices good and fast delivery. Delivery company struggled to find me (quite common as I live on a narrowboat). Contacted supplier and they helped with this as well. Only bought one small magnet but really powerful and of excellent quality.

The GOOD: Order process was smooth; nice product; fast shipping.
The BAD: Incredibly high shipping costs (from UK to USA) for a very small item. The specific magnets that I need, are not being produced/restocked. I purchased that last ones in stock, but wanted to purchase a larger quantity, especially considering the unbelievably high shipping costs.
Nice products, just wish the magnets that I use were still produced.
