I had ordered 4 wardrobe cabinets when the cabinets arrived the the 3 point locking rod assembly was missing on all 4 of the cabinets. Now I have 4 cabinets that I can do nothing with. I tried emailing customer service about my issue and have not received any email or information back.

The product was quality. The biggest issue was: I didn't know where the product was, when it was shipped or predicted to be delivered. I,don't like leaving items on the front door. I contacted the seller about tracking information & got a tottly eronious answer with no follow up as indicated.

I ordered a product over a month ago and to this date have not received the item ordered or even an email letting me know what was going on with my order! Very disappointed in this business pratice!

The e-net shopping experience was OK, but during check-out I was given a $ amount as to what I owed, so, i arranged with my credit card company to pay that amount ... But, the total amount was actually more than I had arranged for, so, when your company tried to collect, my bank considered it as a fraudulent amount and would not allow the transaction to complete. Now, you lost a sale and I wasted my time spent on your web-site.

Ordered a case of oil absorbent socks and after the shipping arrangements were done, it was sent out quickly. The socks work nicely for skimming off oil that is floating on the surface of the water without collecting water in them. Good products, fast shipping.....will order from this company again.

shipment received was wrong color from what was ordered. seller was discouraging in communication. still waiting for refund!!

Disappointed that no tracking info was provided with the order. Very high shipping cost (half the cost of the product I purchased) and after a week, still do not have the item.

I canceled the order because we were told we would get it one week, then I spoke to someone online and he said it was being send out the following week, never received it so I called and they told me it would be another week before the item even shipped, this is unexceptable
