The worst experience ever…

The worst experience i have ever encountered by a shop. After two months of waiting and countless phone calls they informed me that the product is not available. Everybody should avoid this shop as the experience is the worst you will get and possibly you will end up waiting for a product that will never come!

Too late

I ordered a monitor with delivery time "4-7 working days", pick up from their shop in order to avoid more delays and it finally arrived after 1 month of waiting. They never contacted me to inform me about progress of the order and delays, I had to call and mail them multiple times and I have to say customer service was really poorly trained, not having clear answers or even lying and rated low regarding professional communication, they clearly didnt care. Also upon payment they dont accept credit card installments. It seems this business goes down.

It was okay but my package was really late

It was okay but my package was really late. They said they had a problem with the supplies and it came a week later while it said on the website that it would come after 3 days. I will order again because it was redally easy to order and I recommend it. However if you wantto buy something that is old (like AC the ezio collection which was my order) you will have to wait long. Also contact them with email.

scam

I ordered an item and it came the next day (to my surprise)..and here was the catch.. The salesman wanted to pass me an item that previously resold and returned for some reason. It was clearly reopened by someone before , no ducktape sealing, there was a sticker on one side with the address of someone and a price tag 5 euros cheaper, i could also see the product inside the package without the usual protective cloth. The salesman pretended to be surprised and that he has not noticed anything !!!!!!!!!!!!!! If i had not noticed and return it later, they would accuse me of opening the item . This was clear scam effort and i WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They canceled my order with no replacement

I ordered an SSD that was supposed to be available within 5-7 days. After 20 days I contacted them and they said that the supplier was the one to blame for the delay and some delays later they informed me that they cannot provide the product. That was really devastating because due to ai the prices in these 30 days I waited sky rocketed and they did not offer a replacement at the same price!!! Very poor customer support I do not recommend it.

⭐ 1/5 - Cancelled before shipment, weeks later no refund

Ι cancelled my order before shipment after the product availability kept changing and delivery was postponed indefinitely.

Despite the valid cancellation and providing all required bank details, the refund was not issued within the legally required 14 calendar days, as mandated by EU consumer protection law.
Weeks later, no refund has been received.

When contacting the accounting department, I was told they “don’t know why the delay happened” and that “there is nothing I can do but wait”.

For a large retail chain, this is unacceptable.
Holding a customer’s money beyond the legal refund deadline is not a delay — it is a violation of consumer rights.

Avoid!

Don’t ever pay upfront.

If you live in Greece, with a physical store nearby the experience for small things is good. They arrive to the store within a couple of days.

The problem starts when the order is having bigger products and they have to ship them to your place. The delivery takes way longer than expected. The status for my order was that it was given to the courier for more than a week. I was waiting for 3-4 weeks to receive a product which was available in their site. When I asked for a cancellation, I had not update regarding my refund for 2 weeks. I had to reach out to them, and when I did they told me that they were waiting for the courier to bring back the order (which I never received) in order to start the refund process. I had to give them calls for two weeks before they decide to give me my money back. It took them 4 weeks to refund me the money from the day I requested the cancellation.

I dont even give eshop a i star but had to to comment.
Its the worst company to deal with, I spent $140.00NZ dollars product never arived, after numerus emails to them they blamed the courier etc .said it was lost and they would replace product, that was almost 3 months ago,they wont answer emails now. Dont deal with them.

Not even a shadow of its former self

Not even a shadow of its former self. Order a phone case. 16 days later no information. Emailed them and tgey said that they were expecting it in 2-3 days. A week later, same story. I emailed them to cancel the order and return the moment and they did not even flinch. Now, they still keep the money of the order, without providing either the order or a refund.

Avoid in every possible way.

I haven’t received my package from you…

I haven’t received my package from you guys, which is below my expectations of you guys…and I'm really not impressed with your services, worst part is, I found out that I'm supposed to pick up my packages in a city locker instead of delivering it to my shipping address.

A satisfied client

Only after I had placed my order on the website, I read the reviews of others and I got scared. I was thinking that I would never see the order again or they would send me something other than what I had ordered. Last Wednesday I had placed the order on the website and I thought that on Friday it would arrive and with what I had read then, I said that I would not see it anymore. However, on Monday morning I was called from the hellenic post office that I had received a package. I was afraid to come forward to get it and I said today, whatever it is. To my surprise, I got the order: a vertical steam iron from Xiaomi, exactly what I had taken. Although the second time if you wanted me to take something from them, maybe I wouldn't do it anymore. Maybe I had a simple luck now, but on the second one maybe it won't be like that anymore. I thought that the online e-shop was quite serious, although the opinions of others make me a big question 😑.

I've ordered a new RAM set on1/10. On their website they were saying that it was available and ready to shipped in 2-3 days. It's 15/10 and after contacting with their support, twice, they use the same automated email that the supplier failed to deliver to them in time etc...I mean come on guys you never had the product and you knew that it was gonna take so long to deliver, yet you prefer a bad review than doing the business the right way..it's funny cause later on some companies wonder why their numbers are going under.....suit yourself, never gonna order again.

Ordered PC parts on 4 Aug

Ordered PC parts on 4 Aug, everything was available and in stock. After few emails and endless apologies today 21 Aug they just canceled the order without any notice. Terrible experience, I quess from tech shop it become mostly wet wipes seller. Avoid 100%
