As a first time buyer and having to learn the ropes Lee’s service and advice has been truly indispensable and empowering when having discussions with estate agents. With his help I have avoided what would have been a horror and destitution. I had put an offer on a house under the impression it was ready to move into, there was visible water damage to walls and other areas but the estate agents had told me it had been fixed and it was cosmetic work that was needed. The level 3 survey produced by Eagle Eye Surveying was incredibly in depth and informative raising urgent repair work that perhaps had not been previously known, this included a leaking water tank in the attic, a hole in the roof, presence of rodents, subsidence and this wasn’t even half of it. It was balanced with good advice and positive aspects of the property as well. They also produced the survey before it was expected. I will only be using Eagle Eye Surveying moving forward.
