Purchased a ‘fit to fly’ antigen test for my son, after phone calls ascertaining that this was suitable for travel to USA. When I called back (after further research) to say it wasn’t suitable and could I return unopened kit as it wasn’t a ‘supervised’ test as required, they said “no refund and up to you to purchase correct test”. So that was £25 wasted!
