Good support but platform issues persist
Firstly, I am very, very happy with the response times of the support team.
However, while the suppert team is great the platform is not so much. Every time I create a new account or reset an account there are issues.
Today I reset the account and when I restarted my trading app I could not place any trades. Eventually support fixed the issue but then the sim account they offer to trade without risking your evaluation account the same thing happened.
As said before, this happens almost every time I start a new account or reset an account this kind of issue happens.
What worries me is what will happen once I actually pass the evaluation stage and start trading for real money and make profits. What kind of issues will I have once I qualify for a payout etc.

am extremely disappointed with Earn2Trade. My account was closed based on an alleged "pending order" left after market close on Feb 12th. However, I am 100% certain that I executed a "Cancel All" command and my terminal showed ZERO working orders before I logged off.
There is a clear synchronization lag between the Rithmic Gateway and Earn2Trade servers. When I challenged this, their support provided inconsistent price data that didn't even match my trading session. It seems the platform failed to transmit the cancellation request to their server, and they are holding the trader responsible for their own technical infrastructure failures.
I have already requested an official Audit Trail from Rithmic to prove this discrepancy. Earn2Trade refuses to conduct a proper manual server-side review and prefers to hide behind automated closure emails.
Trader beware: Your hard work can be wiped out in a second due to a sync glitch that they refuse to investigate fairly. I expect a full investigation and account restoration.

It is very important to monitor all trades and positions carefully. If there is any doubt, traders can contact our team so we can help confirm that there are no pending positions open. Please note that having a position or order open at the moment the market closes will lead to an immediate failure due to the approved time rule.
Our team is fully capable of reviewing the account and providing the exact details of the failure. The same information can also be reviewed directly on your platform or through Rithmic. Rithmic is a reliable system that tracks activity in real time. It is the same platform used not only for evaluations but also for funded accounts to monitor trades live.
Earn2Trade and its support team cannot change or manipulate trades. Opening and closing positions are entirely managed by the trader. If any evaluation rule is breached, the system will automatically block and flatten the account.
If you would like us to review your case again, our team is available to provide support and guidance. Our goal is always to be clear, professional, and to deliver outstanding service to our users.

The journey was not easy — especially the consistency rule, which I personally found quite challenging, and the monthly subscription model that may not suit everyone. One star is too much for this company it is a scam looking for any excuse to remove your account and don't let you pass the eval even though your trade are profitable and you are showing skills they try to remove you as soon as possible.
When I started to send them my concern to the support team they didn’t reply and their discord they started to attack me and when I said the truth about my issue , they blocked me and the start to insult and the Admin laughing.
They are really so bad they will take your money and they don’t want you to talk also.
The worst company you can put your money with , they are scammers , they have some people they said they got payout but when you will buy from them the test when you are almost to pass they will find something to failed you or in the payout phase they will try to find an excuse to not payout.
