The employees were pleasant and helpful; however, the vehicle was in poor condition. It had a horrible smell that overpowered the air freshener. Additionally, the windshield wiper fluid was empty, so... See more

Great customer service from marcus but…
Great customer service from marcus but the tires were not good
The experience was actually amazing
The experience was actually amazing. After reading several reviews, I was a bit nervous, but I decided to give it a try because of their consistently low prices. I’m glad I did—there were no issues, no hidden fees, and the entire staff, from check-in to check-out and even the shuttle driver, was professional and friendly. I’ll definitely continue using them at the Jacksonville location.
Easirent know me well
Easirent know me well, very month I'm hiring. It's a fantastic service
Stealing from customers and renting out lemons
The guy at the counter was fine for the most part. However, I got charged for unlimited mileage and my Priceline itinerary says I already paid for it. Also he did not tell me when I told him I was using tolls how much it was. Just grazed by it so I guess shame on me. He managed to dupe me. I am only on tolls for 84 miles today and 84 miles Saturday. I won’t touch a toll the other days. I could have bought a surpass and paid a total of 20 dollars for both trips. Extremely dishonest.
Adding to it I have to call customer service tomorrow because the check engine light is on. Not to mention right in front of the drivers side the inside of the windshield was extremely dirty.
My reservation double and both larger fees could have been avoided. One came with my reservation as it was and the other I got duped.
Likely will never use this company again.
The pricing is deceptive and not transparent
Easyrent offer good prices, but once I arrived, they said they didn’t accept my insurance because “it doesn’t pay.” I ended up paying $850 for a car for just three days. Very disappointing experience.
Good experience
Shuttle from the airport was prompt and the driver was pleasant and accommodating. The wait time inside the office was minimal and the service representative was friendly and accommodating as well.

Absolutely deplorable
Absolutely deplorable. Car booked for 9am. Arrived at airport at 0915. Phoned them to come and pick me up as office is outside airport perminter ( 25 min walk ) No answer. No answer to several calls. Called for 45 minutes for shuttle. Changed to other company and requested a refund. Staff member name beginning with B then went for his breakfast and was otherwise busy. He decided not to wait for a CUSTOMER who paid in full as the CUSTOMER was 15 minutes a pass pick up time. Looking at other reviews confirm poorly run operation - zero oversight. stay clear. Horrific
I feel compelled to give them a 1…
I feel compelled to give them a 1 because they charged me twice and so far have not responded to my calls. You can't charge what you want, go M.I.A and then expect a good review. I need answers.
good work Frnando
Only one person at counter
Only one person at counter. Locals having to pay for mileage while out of towners do not is crazy. Advertising unlimited mileage when it is really not unlimited is so unacceptable.

Tristen was helpful in accommodating my need for an SUV. The rental was great and the wait for transportation to the airport was minimal.
THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO CHANGE THEIR NAME…
THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO CHANGE THEIR NAME TO NON-EASI-RENT!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! Read the reviews! Wish i had. Everyone describes my experience…no decent signage of where u have to go, bake in the phx sun til their shuttle arrives 30 minutes later, unable to check in early because no booking number was sent, long line at the office, requesting insurance declaration pages or u have to buy their insurance, everyone’s cars were dented and dirty. Overall rental time took 2 hours. This is a scam of company with hidden fees and should not be associated with Expedia.
What a terrible experience
What a terrible experience, when arriving at car rental center we had to take yet another shuttle from that center to the Easirent. Upon arrival the wait was out the door with only one person at front desk, the building was in complete disarray and falling apart. I just arrived after a long flight and late for a business meeting. When I was given the car it reeked of cigarette smoke. When I started on the freeway the tire alarm went off saying 15 PSI I had to go 45 mins out of my way to find a gas station and fill the tire. When I tried calling over and over to let the rental place know they never unsewered the phone. I was made to be late now for my my meeting. Then the next day I had to be out of my hotel by 5:30am for my next meeting. AGAIN, upon driving on the freeway the tire alarm went off and the wheel started to wobble as I was going the 70mph and I had to slow to a crawl and put on my hazard lights as I made way to the next exit. HOW DANGEROUS of a position I was placed in and now made to be late AGAIN!! As I returned the car, I let the lady know what had happened, she just siad "ok, have a good day.." NO apology or attempt to try and rectify the situation. I was unheard and dismissed like a dog. DO BETTER please you are going to kill someone with your standards and care being at an all time low! This was in Irvine, TX and I would never recommend anyone to go here.
Had a great experience with easiest
Had a great experience with easiest. No lines , minimum waiting time
Terrible!
I used the service once for a rental at SAN. The renter ended up being off-site and they said to use an Uber and they would reimburse as they had no shuttle. The car I rented was sitting in the lot and I was told it was already rented. My reply was "Yes, it is rented to me." Instead of a Jetta, they gave me a Chevy Bolt, of which I call that type a "shoe car" because that is what these small cars look like. The guy told me it was around $6 to charge it. He failed to mention the $20+ service charge many of the charging stations add on to the charging fee. I retuned the car to a closed shop and once again had to pay for an Uber to get to the airport. Never again will I use Easirent. They contract out these shady retal shops for their rentals.
Extremely Disappointing First Experience with Easirent
Subject: Extremely Disappointing First Experience with Easirent
It was my first time using Easirent, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.
I travel frequently and usually rent cars from companies like Budget or Europcar, so I have a good understanding of how rental services typically operate. However, this experience was far below expectations.
I landed in Houston and booked my rental by selecting the airport location. When I arrived at the airport rental car center, I could not find an Easirent office. Only then did I discover that their office is located outside the airport. I had to wait approximately one hour for the shuttle to take me to their off-site location.
After arriving, it took an additional one hour minutes to receive my car.
The biggest issue, however, was the pricing. When I booked online, the total was advertised as $218 for two days. I also saw an option for full insurance online for an additional $13. However, when I arrived at the office, I was told the insurance would cost $128 for basic coverage or $158 for full coverage.
This was very misleading and felt like hidden charges that were not clearly disclosed during the online booking process.
At that point, I wanted to cancel my reservation due to the unexpected price increase, but I was told that the booking was non-refundable according to company policy. As a result, I felt forced to proceed.
In the end, I paid approximately $400 total for just two days for a basic economy car, including insurance and SunPass — far more than the originally quoted price.
Overall, this experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and misleading. I would not recommend Easirent based on my experience.
Everything was fabulous
Everything was fabulous. The car was clean, very new, the people were really nice, everything was great. I'm actually surprised that they have any negative reviews.
Quick and easy to get a vehicle
Quick and easy to get a vehicle, staffs were more than helpful. Got a great vehicle had no issues with it. Was just a tad bit pricey only because of the young driver fee… regardless I will be using Easirent in DFW again!
