I contacted East 15 Films to help me to promote my business and the new class timetable we were hoping to implement. My hopes for the videos were to inform clients that a new class timetable would be starting after Easter, what the new classes would be, what they would look like and how they would be taught, and to show video feedback from current clients on their journey with us so far. To be honest my brief was vague in places, as I am useless with the promo/marketing side of things, and Mitch was amazing with talking me through it, giving suggestions and guidance, and creating a visual of what we could produce together and how it would be received by potential (and current) clients.
Mitch was so easy to work with, I instantly felt at ease to discuss my ideas, and extremely professional at all times, talking me through every step of the process.
It was a difficult brief, in that we wanted as many of our clients to be a part of it, which meant East 15 had a lot of (non-professional) participants to direct and work with, but they did it so fantastically well, and not only did they get amazing footage, but everyone who contributed really enjoyed being a part of it (which reflected in the final product). I honestly couldn’t be happier with the footage we received, I couldn’t have imagined it any better, it went way beyond what myself and business partner had expected.
The videos were received amazingly well and sales enquiries increased 200% once the videos were released. Many of these enquiries fed back to us that it was really great for them to have a visual of how our service runs, as it made them much more comfortable and confident to start their fitness journey with us, once they could see in the videos the community that we had created.
I would highly recommend East 15 films, whether it be for sales and promotion purposes, or informative. The videos and photos they provided for us successfully enhanced our business, and continues to do so today. Thank you again to East 15 for the incredible service, I would certainly use them again in the future.

East 15 Films worked with us over a 6 month period, across both of our North London sites, producing short social ads for our social platforms, swell as meet the staff, virtual tour and services videos. They also created impactful imagery through photography and graphic design, that kept our socials going for months. They were happy to follow strict briefs as well as script their own ideas, which was invaluable to us. And they worked very professionally in a fast paced hectic environment, knowing when to give us space and being patient gathering the footage they needed.
