I came into the store in East Dulwich to find flowers for a funeral I was attending that day. The woman was so unhelpful and had no sympathy. She was just interested in how much money I was going to spend. The flowers I got in the end leaked at the funeral and caused a mess. They were supposed to be secured in water but the water came through going everywhere. It was very stressful and disappointing. I will not be going there again. What is the point of going to the high street when there is no customer service.

I walked into East dulwich flower co today looking for flowers for a funeral I will be attending tomorrow. My expectations were low as it was close to closing time. We were served by Jackie a really loverly lady. Who asked us a few questions to get an idea of what we liked and told us to come back in half an hour. What Jackie produced in that short space of time was nothing short of fabulous she far exceeded my expectations. We were so happy. I would definitely go back to her shop and I highly recommend her shop to anyone that needs flowers for any occasion. Thanks to Jackie I can walk head held high to pay my last respects to a dear friend. Thank you jackie
