Amazing company and product. I’ve used this company many times now for the whole house water filter which is an amazing product , best water filter on the market by a mile, I run a plumbing and heating company so have installed quite a few now and can’t talk highly enough about it to any customer interested in a filter.
I have dealt with Emma each time who can not do enough to help and make sure the whole purchase from start to finish goes smoothly, even helping massively on the last one with issues at my local post office.
Highly recommend and already got our next couple on order.

I believed that the transformer module for my water softener (originally purchased in 2018), had failed and called EMWC on Monday AM. I spoke to Emma and we talked through the problem and she confirmed my diagnosis. She advised that they could supply a replacement and also offered to email the installation instructions as I couldn't find my original copy.
The email arrived less than an hour later and the replacement transformer by 9.30 the next day. I had the softener working and set up in about 30 minutes.

Prompt, efficient, friendly and helpful. I bought a RO system for our dental practice from them and it was delivered promptly and seems to work well so far !

Our existing water softener is several years old & I was worried that the resin was deteriorating. I spoke to EMWC who recommended the Harvey twin tank non electric as a direct replacement for mine. Order process very smooth with next day delivery. I haven't installed it yet but all the pipe positions look the same as my existing one so installation should be straight forward. We shall see but so far so good.

Very disappointed with quality of product. Filter capability works very well but in three years we have had 3 replacement filters which have sprung pin hole leaks in the casings resulting in water leakage. Today, we were met with a flooded kitchen and damaged carpet in an adjacent room as the cartridge case had leaked overnight. Last time customer service did very well and replaced the cartridge free of charge but the first time we had to pay for the replacement. Not sure about today as waiting for response from technical support. Meanwhile making insurance claim for damaged carpet.

Bought and returned a water softener, as it turned out our house was not well suited for an install without major plumbing work. Thankful that I was able to return the machine even though it wasn't their fault.

Don’t touch this company they are very unprofessional… really good at selling you something but when it arrives without instructions with os parts put together they don’t want know! Now I’m left without a system and out of pocket

Our water softener that we had bought from EMWCo 21 years ago stopped working properly so we decided to replace it with one from the same company as it had been trouble-free and efficient. We were offered a good discount as we were returning customers and the softener arrived 2 days later. Great service, fast delivery and we now have a working softener again!

Salt blocks were broken when I unpacked them but this was dealt with very efficiently and professionally. Replacement blocks were delivered by the manager in person - good customer service!

A replacement transformer costs £50, although it is a regular, cheap power supply. These are not reasonable prices for such a product.

Could you lose it \ damage it at your own peril?

PS: The transformer was lost during an extensive building project (extension)
