Extremely poor handling of security and client care
I had a very negative experience with Eastwood Financial Services. Sensitive personal and financial data was mishandled, and when serious problems arose, the company failed to take responsibility or provide clarity. Even while I was a client, there was no transparency about what was happening, which only added to the stress.
Communication was evasive and unhelpful, leaving me with the impression that protecting clients was not a priority. In my view, EFS did not act with the professionalism or care expected from a financial services provider. I would strongly caution anyone considering using them.
