I ordered a Vitamin D blood test kit and a bottle of probiotics. I received the test kit and emailed Kerri Knox to find out how long it would take to receive results. She emailed back to state I should give it a week to ten days. I sent the kit via FedEx as instructed. I heard nothing back. I emailed Kerri a month later to ask her where my results were. I received no reply. I tried several times to contact her using the website contact form, but she did not reply. I finally resorted to filing a BBB complaint requesting my results and a refund of the test fee and shipping costs. Filing was difficult since her contact information is not on the website. She responded to my complaint by emailing "life got busy," and stating my lab results as a number with her interpretation. Nowhere did she state she has attached the results to the email chain, so I declined to accept her BBB reply. She replied to my declined reply stating the results were attached to the email, the shipping had been free for the test, and she offered no reimbursement for any portion my costs for testing. Her conduct and responses were unprofessional and I would not recommend her business.
