I am extremely dissatisfied with the way I was treated, as well as with the dishonest response — specifically, the refusal to acknowledge the truth as it is.

To be precise, a few years ago I purchased an indicator from this company with lifetime access and usage rights, and until recently everything was working fine. However, at some point a message appeared on my screen stating that my access had been blocked and that I needed to make an additional payment in order to regain access.

From my perspective, this is completely unacceptable and highly disrespectful, since I have already paid for the product and its usage. I contacted the company, and their clumsy attempts to ignore and distort the truth were more than obvious.

Unfortunately, this is the reality, and due to such inhumane behavior, this company fully deserves this rating and comment.
