We have been greatly offended by their…
We have been greatly offended by their behaviour regarding the payment of CHF28. We did not receive an original invoice - which we would have certainly paid. Nor did we receive a normal reminder. We have now received two demands in the space of a week or so for CHF69+ then CHF185+ written in German - it appears from a debt collector company. This is outrageous behaviour. As for the product, it was used once without any obvious benefit. I would not recommend this company.
