Guten Tag, vielen Dank für die Nachricht. Nach den uns vorliegenden Informationen wurde die Lieferung an den vereinbarten Ablageort (Milchkasten/Ablagefach) zugestellt. Die Zustellung an solche Ablageorte ist gemäss Art. 16 Abs. 1 der Postverordnung (VPG) sowie den gängigen AGB der Versanddienstleister zulässig, sofern keine ausdrückliche Abstellverweigerung vorliegt. Nach der Übergabe an den Versanddienstleister liegt die Verantwortung für die sichere Zustellung außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs.
Für die Regulierung des entstandenen Schadens empfehlen wir Ihnen, sich mit Ihrer Hausratversicherung in Verbindung zu setzen, da diese häufig Verluste durch Diebstahl oder Beschädigung abdeckt. Bei Verdacht auf Diebstahl kann eine Anzeige bei der Polizei hilfreich sein, um den Vorfall offiziell zu dokumentieren.

I ordered two Byredo candles and they…
I ordered two Byredo candles and they were damaged. It looks like that the candles had been stored incorrectly sideways - they had melted at some point, the original surface was crooked and uneven and the protective paper was smudged with the candle itself.
When I contacted the costumer service and provided them images, I was offered to return the items for an inspection. In this case it doesn’t make much sense because the damage is clearly visible in the photos, also returns takes effort and time, which I don’t have. Also, as the candles were meant to be a gift this provided me with no solution, it simply would take forever, especially during the Christmas time.
Don’t order luxury items from this store, I’m sure Byredo would have dealt with this in a much more professional way.

U kunt op onze website een retourbon via de link "Gratis Retourzending" afdrukken, deze op het pakket plakken en naar ons terug sturen. Op die manier is de verzending gratis voor u. Zodra we de producten ontvangen en gecontroleerd hebben, zullen we onmiddelijk weer contact met u opnemen.
I didn't get my refund
The items were not delivered and sent it back to them but I didn't get my refund, it's been 2 weeks!

I'm giving 3stars because of the Lieferservice. The box was completely damaged and I was lucky Because the product was not. But I think I don't deserve this behaviour from the Lieferservice. Thank you I'm very satisfied with easy cosmetic.

Beware: Money loss, Zero Service
The carrier left the parcel outside the door on a public street in the inner city and claims delivery. The store does absolutely nothing but sent proof of the carrier leaving the parcel outside. Astonishing behavior. Admitting to it and the to deny service. Useless store. Never again.
