Been using EasyDNS for many years to register several domains & with great experiences (have not used them for hosting, so can’t comment on that). Domain configurations feel very up-to-date/modern and intuitive (whereas with Arvixe navigation and help articles felt stale and outdated). Really enjoy the EasyDNS security newsletter that they put out.

I have been using EasyDNS for my personal DNS, domain registrar and email server services for over 20 years as well as for all of my clients.

Their service and support are rock solid. I have the utmost trust in this company and wouldn't entrust mine or my client's needs to any other provider.

I have never called there during business hours and not had someone answer the phone within a few rings. And further that the person answering the phone is in Toronto, not off-shore. I haven't stumped them yet, they have always been there and with the right solution every time. They truly are the best in the business.

Ignore the pissed off scammer one star review. If you want to deal with a company that has integrity, and responsive service, this is the one. Note to scammers, they will kick your ass to the curb. I have dealt with EasyDNS first corporately, and now personally for 12-15 years, and have never regretted it.

I've been using EasyDNS for over a decade. Unlike many domain registrars and DNS service providers -- they focus on providing their core service with excellence, instead of trying to upsell other unrelated services.

As someone who assists other less experienced people with DNS services, this is extremely valuable: they don't have to fight through pages of unnecessary garbage and upselling pressure to obtain their domain name or DNS services.

I’ve been using easyDNS for 15+ years now and have 4 domains registered with them and host 2 websites and email servers on their servers. After years of hopping from overhyped Registrars and/or all-in-one providers; the customer service, speed of (rare) issues resolution, and upfront discussions on the world of all things internet has been second to none.

They have provided reliable service, for many years, at reasonable prices, and their customer service is top notch (if there is ever a problem, which is rare and usually caused by some third party). Good management, with a conscience, makes a difference.

I've been using EasyDNS for nearly 10 years with lots of domains registered and de registered and they've always been great with me. If I have an issue someone always gets back to me, these days, that says alot. I will use them til that changes.

Very flexible email and web site set up and administration.

Great handling of renewals, no domain name pressure. Setup and managing subdomains was easy breezy and the payment options are flexible and trustworthy. Highly recommend

It is rare to find a quality technical support these days. EasyDNS makes a nice exclusion. Easy to reach a live person. Cases are quickly escalated and answered by the second tier as necessary.

After all the flakey DNS services and dodgy mail hosting companies out there, finding a legitimate and easy to work with company with no underlying stupidity in operations was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended.
