The staff at your branch were so helpful and understanding. But the approval not what i expected i came to get a loan to payoff a few things soft credit approval was 9000 which was half of what I needed but underwriters questioned payloan and another bill and only approved under 4000. The whole reason I wanted loan was to get out of payloan cycle and pay off the car repair finance. I don't understand the decision.

I ask for a loan of only $12,000 but…
I ask for a loan of only $12,000 but staff put down for $20,000 which I did not want nor did I ever ask but then give me $15,100. However was only sent $14,900, $200 short yet loan amount did say $15,100. I was a bit disappointed they would do that especially to a new client.
