Roof cover has deteriorated and split in many places after only a few uses in 3 years. Frame quite strong and once erected is ok. But the expensive EasyGazebo is now no use unless we buy another outsourced 3x3m roof cover that is stronger material. The company seems to have disappeared.

Roof collapsed due to centre pole going through roof. Tried to contact company but emails bounce and website is closed. Probably ceased trading. Item was new June 2022 and is now useless, August 2024

Good customer service & delivery. Gazebo perfect addition to our new patio, so far had sun, rain & wind and it is holding well with sand bags. Excellent quality product.

Initially, I liked the product, the price, the speed of service and the product in use is great and is of good quality. However, I marked them down from a 5-star review because they did not reply to my email requests immediately after delivery when the carrying bag was already torn at the handles. I sent them a photo whilst it was still in the packaging and have heard nothing in two weeks.

I ordered 2 gazebos which arrived promptly, thank you. Quality looks good but haven't erected them yet to be certain. The only thing to be aware of is that when the gazebo first arrives, it is quite heavy to lift out of the cardboard box it's shipped in. I made the mistake of trying to lift the gazebo in its bag by the only visible strap, not realising that there was a second strap hidden from view. If you do this, the weight of the contents tears the bag's cover at the strap mounting point. This could be avoided if EazyGazebos fitted a Velcro strap linking together the two carrying straps.

Arrived next day. Lovely gazebo, good quality material, came with sides and weight bags, very happy with it. Would highly recommended.

The gazebo looks as if it will be just what we need for our events but I can't tell yet! Sadly it was delivered damaged and unusable for the event we bought it for. Their customer services responded very promptly (we weren't expecting to be able to get through to them on a Saturday!) and sent us a replacement frame, which also had what appears to be minor damage. We can't tell how much that will matter until we start to use it, but they have assured us that they will respond to any further problems. There seems to be an issue with either their packaging, their courier or possibly both, but they have taken our concerns on board and we look forward to a positive experience in using the gazebo as it seems to be well made, sturdy and easy to erect and dismantle.

Excellent service. Great product

Ordered this Gazebo and it arrived early the following day. Not opened it yet as we are using it when we move to store things in garden until we get new sheds erected. The Gazebo was a Best Buy in Which so we went by their judgement.

I haven't yet had time to put the gazebo up so can't comment on the quality, ease of construction etc. But since I am being pestered for a review I can comment that leaving it on my drive does not constitute delivery in my mind. We were away at the time and came back to find it on the drive and had no notification that it had been left.

Had an issue with gazebo arriving with damage caused by the courier.
A replacement was immediately arranged and the damaged one collected.
Superb customer service.
