Fine - as long as the goods are working....

I have previously written a positive rating but unfortunately I have to take my words back...

My product broke down and couldn't be repaired, so they told me that they would send me a new lamp, and I was happy - after all it cost £100 and was supposed to have a long life span.

I received a lamp - true enough - but not a new one. It was used and had been repaired - and there is no warranty on it!!!!

So now I have started a formal complaint via The European Consumer Centre - if you want to do business abroad there are some basic rules that you simply have to follow...

So be careful out there - I will certainly be buying my LED's elsewhere in the future!

20.10.2011 - latest development: I have received a mail confirming that the lamp is new, and that I have my two years warranty... So case solved for now!
