Absolutly dreadful app, tricks you into paying for a hold luggage when you only need large cabin bag, milena from what sounded like south africa explained they dont refund baggage costs. Scam artists. I thought ryanair was bad. - 3 review

I have called 4 times to resolve my issue with a voucher .No one is able to help.Ihave been bounced around the flights department and the holiday department both blaming each other .
Call centre very noisy in the background. Full of laughter. I totally get having joy while working but its very frustrating when I'm told to call back as my issues couldn't be resolved by ISMAIJ as the previous agent left the inquiry open .That really was not helpful

I would have like to respond to my initial email with the response from EasyJet but as with everything Easyjey related, that’s not possible!!!
As predicted EasyJet came back with the standard response where there is absolutely nothing they can do but they would love to help!! Simplifying the saga so far, added 2 suitcases in error as I only needed 1 each. Every other flight company website is straight forward and the error only occurred on easyJet”s overly complicated system with the explanation on baggage.at this point easyJet has done NOTHING, not seen, weighed, tagged. Handled the case in anyway! Erie noticed within 3 days of booking and 6 months from travel date so for easyJet to say there’s nothing they can do is ludicrous. EasyJet are just looking for ways to keep hold of peoples money!!! This is meant to be a once in a lifetime bucket list trip and the refund of £200 is nothing given the fact easyJet haven’t even seen these cases yet!! The trip won’t be spoiled but easyJet could, as a good will gesture have pressed the button refunded this part of the booking. Instead they have chosen to cash in on someone’s error and put a negative experience on our first flight. I can’t say I’ll never fly easy jet again but if there were a second option I would definitely choose the second option given the level of customer service and willing to go the extra mile for valued customers!! Wow ! How bad !
Just told them I am being contacted about collecting my mum who has not made this holiday and passed away. Advised need different department , told them I have been cut off after being on hold six times without being able to connect then they say they can’t help and end the chat with have a nice day! Erm maybe not given my mum just died appalling !

Worst experience of my life with Easy jet. I booked a holiday package from EasyJet. They charged me for holiday and never sent me booking reference and email confirmation! Easyjet customer service kept hanging up calls on me !! I had to complain to my bank and pursue refund through my bank. Daylight robbery!!!

Don't book with EasyJet!
If your flights are cancelled, you can forget about being reimbursed for any additional expenses. They unjustly reject claims and refuse to take responsibility. Their customer service is heavily AI-driven, completely impersonal, and offers no solutions.
Be warned: book with another airline.

Probably the worst airline going. Yes that's right. Even worse than RyanAir.
Unreliable, completely bogus charges, massive delays, impossible to get compensation, arbitrary decisions by rude staff and the worst customer service I've ever experienced!
I'd rather pay 2x to go with a proper airline than this absoute mess.

I am having difficulty changing one of the airline seats I booked and paid for. I chose seats together as it is important for medical reasons that my husband and I travel together but when I checked in, the online system kept the free seat number originally allocated to me and I cannot change it. I have spent all afternoon in an EasyJet chat room with no success as it informs me their system is having updates and I need to contact them again in 30 mins. When I do so, I just get the same message!
