Outstanding work from start to finish, Gareth and Ryan went above and beyond in every aspect of the move. All of our items were protected and wrapped and our floors and doors were protected with top quality covers. I highly recommend this removal company Wayne was very fair with the price and very polite during the quote. I cannot recommend them enough.

I had fantastic service yet again from Easymove Swansea. The team of Gareth, Ryan , Joe and James were polite, efficient and very careful with my furniture and even cover the doors and all the floors to minimise scratches and dirt. Part of the move was very challenging as I moved two very heavy and awkward tree ferns. But they sorted it all out between them. This was the second time I’ve used easy move and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend this company. I have personally used them 3 times to do a full house move. All the properties have involved 3 storey town houses which involved furniture being hoisted over balconies...The team were hard working, organised and very reliable. They have also moved items of furniture for other family members. They protect the furniture for removal therefore no damage has ever occurred. Easy Move Removals Swansea damaged my carpet by using wrong size van to transport my long roll of carpet over a 200 miles journey.

I hired this removal company to move four rolls of carpet the longest was 5.7m and the three rolls were 5m each. These carpets and other goods among we’re being collected from a sales location. The location was over 200 miles from my destination.

This company was hired and instructed to use their 7.5m van to transport all my goods.

48 hours prior to picking up my goods, I sent the company my goods invoice with the carpets precise measurements.

On the day of the move, they decided to cramp my 5.7m carpet into a 5 metres van bending and damaging the longest length carpet in the process.

When item was delivered to me, I challenged the van size they brought the goods in and the condition of my longest length carpet. ( the longest carpet had bended by this time.

The response of the company in front of me quoting directly was,

“ why should I use a 7.5ft van if only one of your carpet is above 5metres length, at least the other three are not bent”

I reminded him that the agreement was for the use of their 7.5metres van and why I paid a high fee for their service.

I was totally shocked and flabbergasted about this disgusting attitude, no remorse or acceptance of guilt from the company for damaging my goods.

I am extremely disappointed with this company and wouldn’t be recommending them or ever using them again.
