This made changing my name after marriage a whole late easier. Didn't have to think to hard about what to do, as ready made lists with instructions were all provided as well as letter and email templates. The customer service was fantastic, they were easy to contact and kept me updated via sms, email & phone. Highlight reccomend this service if you are in the process of changing your name.

I had been putting of changing my last name to my married name as I had no idea where to start and it felt very overwhelming. I came across Easy Name Change and they guided me through changing my last name with ease. I purchased the certified pack, it was easy, efficient and the communication with Gen was great! Easy Name Change saved me so much time with writing all the letters and emails for me, certifying my marriage certificate and licence and even sending some of my name change requests on my behalf.

Well, recently I got married and our life hasn't stopped since we got engaged, rescheduling the big day and finally got married and went on our honeymoon. Outsourcing changing my name was a no brainer to save time and energy. Gen was reassuring the whole time and very clear on the process. I have now recommended at least five of my friends and colleagues to Gen.

Very simple process. Well worth £20. Not all financial institutions are included such as the new independent smaller banks and the smaller energy companies but that is not too surprising really. Make sure you check your typing. I made a small mistake in my email address which delayed things. However, Genevieve corrected it and I received the amended draft letters. Very good service.

Gen has been amazing through out the whole process, having a 6 month at home a lot of the change of name process can become a little difficult so having that support from Gen has been really helpful.

Genevieve and this company has saved me hours of time and frustration. This is the easiest thing ever. Found this service by chance after a long day of trying to navigate the different company policies, and so glad I bought the top package. Gen then personally called me to tell me that I had paid for services beyond my requirements and that I'd be well serviced with a lesser package and she promptly refunded the difference. When using the service, allow an hour or so to comprehensively fill out all the personal information that is needed, but after that its very simple and only a couple more minutes of time to organise. Thankyou Gen for creating a fantastic product and for your excellent customer service.

Firstly I paid and never received the welcome package. Contacted them and did receive it. In the package makes reference to see covering letters. Sadly I never received. Secondly. Some information is inaccurate. Wrong email addresses. Wrong contact. Happy I only paid $25 at discounted rate. Guess that meant discounted information received.

I bought the 'Download kit' option.
The package they offer is well worth the costs, but there is a caution. You (normally) only get one download, so you have to invest a bit of time reading their docos before selecting the organisations you need to inform of your name change. My suggestion, based on experience, is to take your time going over all their options before downloading the results of your selections. It is very easy to miss one or two organisations.
Their customer support is great, they really will do their best to be helpfull.

It's great to get a list but somethings rely on changing your name elsewhere first ie. Drivers licence - photo I'd, centrelink for ato csa Medicare and bank accounts receiving payments from above examples

I contacted Namechange as I was not sure how to change my wife's name on her Medicare card. As she was born overseas, both her birth certificate and her marriage certificate were issued overseas. Genevieve Dennis emailed me. After getting more info from me, she outlined two options we can go about getting the name changed. Her answer is clear, practical and her approach highly professional.
