Poor customer service when asking when problem will be fix
From over week cannot make any transfer from Poland to UK. Each time contacting customer service you get poor excuse we are working on it.. use to be customer for 10y+ now need to look for other provider

ALL OTHER FINANCIAL INSITUTIONS follow high security standards for protecting THEIR clients' money and ensure their transfers are delivered as requested just like easysend..what is better in your services?? nothing..worse than the others!!!
IT IS INCONVENIENT.Non-customer friendly services.The services are inadequate and restrictive and They dont assist the customers in the right way and manner;therefore strongly advised not to use it!!...Even though I lived in the EEA state, they replied tht they cancelled my account because they thought i didnt live in an EEA state and their risk department made a wrong decision to close the account but they never elaborated the details..They hide it...

Improve to reply emails
Thanks 🙏 as pending my 1 st remittance 3 days was not a need . Just have your phone easier to get hold chat to get by for response and troubleshoot back response. Completed remittance should be updated not I to keep chasing up . Huge improvement will see your Remmitance doing great . Thanks.
